Welcome to the office of Dr. Rottler and Dr. Hulsey

First, we’d like to thank you for considering the practice of Paul Rottler MD, where we perform both general and minimally invasive plastic surgery. St. Louis area patients have come to Dr. Rottler since 1990 because of his friendly and detail oriented approach to medicine.

He received his doctorate at the University of Missouri Columbia and was a member of the AOA medical honor society. Having led multiple volunteer missions to countries such as Colombia, Ghana, and Peru, Dr. Rottler is a team leader with the charitable medical groups Operation Smile, Interplast, Inc., and Haiti Medical Mission.

Dr. Rottler welcomed Dr. Hulsey to the practice in September 2023. Dr. Hulsey also received her doctorate at the University of Missouri Columbia and is also a member of the AOA medical honor society.

    Consultation & Procedures

When you come in for an appointment, our entire helpful staff will tend to you. Dr. Rottler or Dr. Hulsey will sit down with you personally, review your aesthetic goals and the reasoning behind them, and provide you with the best possible results. Our office is dedicated to patient education, which is why we walk every prospective patient through their procedure and explain what to expect during the post-surgery/recovery period.

Our facility features the VECTRA 3D imaging system, which may be used during the consultation to scan the patient’s body and provide them with before and after images for breast, face, and body procedures alike. You can learn more about VECTRA 3D by visiting www.sculptmydream.com.

Very few offices can provide this sort of foresight, and we’re happy to do it. The happier our patients are, the happier we are. For plastic surgery, St. Louis area patients should look no further than the caring hands of Dr. Rottler and Dr. Hulsey.
