Scheduling
A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your file.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment if we are unable to charge the card on file.
No-Show Policy
Any patient who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged a $75.00 No-Show Fee.
